Our Contract Statement

Below is the contract that we require with each puppy purchase. This protects you and protects our name by ensuring that you get a disease-free puppy. When you decide that you want a puppy, the purchase process will include the signing of a copy of the contract below by both buyer and seller:

"This puppy is being sold to the new owner with payment in full before pick up/delivery of said puppy from the breeder. This puppy is sold in as is condition with no warranties either expressed or implied and no guarantees other than those stated herein.

To the best of the breeders knowledge this puppy is free of disease and defects at the date of this sale. The buyer has 72 hours from the time of acquisition to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian of his/her choice at the buyer's expense. If the vet exam reveals that the puppy is sick, diseased or has a genetic defect, the buyer may return the puppy to the breeder. Notice of such intent must be reported immediately to the breeder. A replacement puppy will be made when one becomes available. A replacement is the only option.
There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness not contracted on the breeder's premises, and no vet bills will be paid by the breeder. It is the seller's responsibility to sell a healthy puppy. It is the buyer's responsibility to see that it stays healthy and safe.
It is agreed that at no time will the owner sell or give this puppy to a pet store, puppy mill operation, dog pound, broker or any similar enterprise.
In the event the buyer is unable to keep the dog for any reason, the buyer agrees to offer to the seller the first chance to take this dog back or offer possible placement assistance.
 
WE THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT THAT IS STATED IN THE ABOVE CONTRACT UNDER OUR OWN FREE WILL AND CHOICE. WE WILL UPHOLD AND HONOR THIS CONTRACT AS STATED TO ITS FULLNESS."

 

 

Our Deposit Receipt

Below is the deposit receipt that is signed and given when a deposit is placed for a puppy. This protects both buyer and seller during the process of the puppy's growth and development:

 

"The new owner (buyer) has placed a non-refundable deposit for the puppy described above. This puppy is being sold to the new owner with payment in full due before pick up/delivery of said puppy from the breeder. This puppy is sold in as is condition with no warranties either expressed or implied and no guarantees other than those stated on the Sales Contract to be signed at the time of pick up/delivery.
